What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, email address, phone number and details of the job. We also receive any drawings or files you attach.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out any work you then ask us to do. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We don’t use your details for marketing and we don’t sell or share them.

Where it’s kept

Your enquiry is delivered to our email inbox, provided by Google. Attached files are held on secure storage provided by Cloudflare, and are deleted automatically after 180 days. The website itself is hosted by Cloudflare, which also runs the spam check on the form.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any work that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Cookies

This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The spam check on the enquiry form (Cloudflare Turnstile) may process technical information about your browser to tell people from bots.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
